THE ONLINE PROCESS TO APPLY FOR PPS/PPR FOR HIGHER-SECONDARY
- At first, go to the official website of WBCHSE, that is – http://wbchse.nic.in/html/index.html
- Or you can go directly from that link – http://www.wbchseppsppr.in
- From the 1st tab read all the information and applying process carefully
- Then click on ‘APPLY FOR PPS/PPR’ tab.
- Enter candidate mobile no and the mail id (for receiving the bank challan).
- Click on ‘ADD CANDIDATE’ button.
- Enter 6 digit ROLL with 4 digit NO and the MARKSHEET no very carefully.
- Select the PPS or PPR option from the selection menu beside the subject which you want to scrutiny and press ADD button.
- Then select CASH / NEFT or ONLINE payment mode. If you select CASH payment mode then you have to visit nearest Axis bank branch (you can download the pdf containing the branch) to pay the amount. And if you select NEFT payment mode then you can pay the fees online by paying just few service charge like ₹5.
- Press Submit button and press OK if you surely want to submit.
- Download the Challan copy in pdf and take a print out to pay the fees from bank branch.
- After some time of paying the fees you can check it from the website by downloading the PAYMENT ACKNOWLEDGEMENT.
- Now wait for review result. Probably it will publish on mid of July to mid of August.

THE OFFLINE PROCESS TO APPLY FOR PPS/PPR FOR SECONDARY
1) At first you have to collect two form (one for review and another for scrutiny) from your school. (As this is a offline process, so the form will only available at school)
2) Just contact with your school and fill up the forms with the required details.
3) Notice carefully which form you are filling (PPS or PPR form).
3) Write your name in the maintained blank space in CAPITAL letter at the left side of the form.
4) Below your name mention ROLL and NO.
5) Put tick mark on the subject column which subject you want to review or scrutiny.
7) For ‘First Language’, ‘Second Language’, ‘Optional’ and ‘Elective’ subjects, write down the symbol in the specified space mentioned in the form.
8) Then mention the total no of subjects you drop under review or scrutiny.
9) Write down the total paid amount in the next column.
10) In the last column, do your full signature.
Rest will be filled by school authority.
(Each form of PPS or PPR can be filled by total 6 candidates)
